What is an XVO File? Steps to Open & Convert XVO files


Any file that has an XVO extension refers to a ratDVD internal video file. This XVO file is employed by the ratDVD ripping software. There are many files that accompany the extension of XVO. This includes files such as XML, VSI, and IFO files.

Even though an XVO file is a video file, you cannot convert it into other formats using most of the usual file converters available for free. This is because it’s not the entire ratDVD file but only a part of it that has been extracted out of it.

You won’t need to convert XVO files anyway. However, if you have used the methods described above in creating the ratDVD file from the XVO file, it means you can use the software of the former to convert it into a DVD format.
